Do you offer first-time consultations? +
Yes — every new client gets a complimentary 10-minute consultation with the senior therapist. We never sell what your skin or body does not need.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours we retain 50% to cover the lost slot. No-shows are charged in full.
Do you offer gift vouchers? +
Yes — buy any amount on the gift vouchers page. They arrive as a branded PDF, are valid for 12 months, and can be split across multiple visits.
Can I book multiple treatments back-to-back? +
Yes — use the 'Add another service' option at the review step of the booking flow, or call us and we will pair the appointments so there is no idle time.
Is the studio accessible? +
Yes — we are first-floor with lift access and step-free entry from Archway Road. Let us know in advance if you need extra time or assistance.
