How far in advance can I book? +
Up to 60 days ahead. For most treatments we recommend booking 1-2 weeks ahead, particularly for popular slots (Thursday evenings, Saturday mornings).
Can I book multiple services in one visit? +
Yes — use the "Add another service" option at the review step, or call us and we will pair the appointments so there is no idle time between them.
What if my preferred slot is not available? +
The system only shows truly free slots. Try a different therapist, a different time of day, or a date a few days either side. Cancellations open up slots regularly.
Do you take walk-ins? +
Yes for shorter treatments (manicures, brow shape, lash tint) when we have a gap. For longer treatments we strongly recommend booking — particularly for HIFU, Morpheus8 and laser.
I need to pay with a voucher — how? +
Enter your voucher code at step 5 of the booking flow. If the voucher covers the full amount, no Stripe step is needed. If partial, Stripe takes the residual.
I have not had a patch test — can I still book laser? +
Book the £10 patch-test slot first; the booking system will require it for any service flagged "Patch test required". Once done, you can book the actual treatment 24h later.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Cancel more than 24 hours before — full refund. Within 24 hours — 50{0c67d2b373e4004cca46b4540492a371134f9a25edf6cf403c1c194ff866df61} retained. No-shows are charged in full. We send a 48h, 24h and 2h reminder so cancellations are rare.
Can I reschedule online? +
Yes. The confirmation email contains a manage-booking link. Click reschedule, pick a new slot from live availability, and we move you across. No phone call needed.
