We hold every appointment specifically for you, so late changes have a real impact on the studio. Please read the following before booking.
Notice periods
- More than 24 hours’ notice — free to reschedule or cancel.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice — 50{0c67d2b373e4004cca46b4540492a371134f9a25edf6cf403c1c194ff866df61} of the treatment price is charged.
- No-show or arrival more than 15 minutes late — 100{0c67d2b373e4004cca46b4540492a371134f9a25edf6cf403c1c194ff866df61} of the treatment price is charged and your appointment may be forfeited.
How to cancel or reschedule
Use the link in your booking confirmation email, log in to your account at /my-account/, or call us during opening hours. Please don’t rely on social-media messages — we can’t guarantee they’re seen in time.
Course of treatments
Pre-paid courses (e.g. laser hair removal, HIFU) follow the same notice rules. Sessions missed without sufficient notice will be deducted from your remaining balance.
Deposits
Selected treatments require a non-refundable deposit at booking; this is shown clearly during checkout and is forfeited if the booking is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Exceptions
We waive cancellation charges for genuine medical emergencies and other extenuating circumstances at our discretion — please contact us as early as possible.
