Every facial is delivered by a senior therapist (8+ years post-qualification) using professional-grade actives. We keep clear treatment notes, so each visit builds on the last rather than starting over. Most clients see results immediately; the structural changes come from running a course of 4-6 sessions, then dropping to maintenance every 4-6 weeks.

Do you treat men? +

Yes — facials, laser hair removal, waxing and nails are all booked by men regularly. We treat every client the same way.

Where are you? +

Is the studio accessible? +

Yes — first-floor with lift access and step-free entry from Archway Road. Let us know in advance if you need extra time or assistance.

Can I book multiple treatments back-to-back? +

Yes — use the ‘add another service’ option in the booking widget, or call us and we will pair appointments so there is no idle time between them.

Do you offer gift vouchers? +

Yes — buy any amount on the gift vouchers page. They arrive as a branded PDF, are valid for 12 months, and can be split across visits.

What is your cancellation policy? +
