- Booking details — name, email, phone, treatment, appointment date and time.
- Health and consent forms — relevant medical history, allergies and patch-test results for treatments that require them.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
- Website data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and similar diagnostic information collected automatically.
How we use it
- To confirm, deliver and manage your appointments.
- To keep accurate treatment notes so future visits build on past care.
- To send appointment reminders and post-treatment aftercare.
- To comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
- With your separate consent, to send marketing about offers and new treatments — you can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate (e.g. our booking system, payment processor and SMS/email senders), all of whom are bound by data-processing agreements.
Retention
Booking records and treatment notes are kept for seven years to satisfy UK accounting and insurance requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
